Contact Information and Document Checklist

When receiving responses from Craigslist ads for available rentals remember these RED flags.

1. “My family and/or I have relocated out of state”

2. “You can walk around the outside of the property, but I can’t show you the inside.”

3.”Send the security deposit and I will send you the keys”

4. “I can’t tell you where the property is until you fill out this link for your Identity IQ Score”

5. Most scam email addresses are @gmail.com

And always remember, if the price is too good to be true, it more than likely is.
